Return & Shipping Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Super Pop for any reason, we will provide a refund of its purchase price.

Damaged Product

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact info@superpopsnacks.com. Please send us a photo of the item in question. We will either replace the bars or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Note, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with product purchased, please email info@superpopsnacks.com.  We cannot process returns due to health regulations, but can replace your item with a new one. 

Note, all returns and exchanges must be made 15 days from delivery date. 

Refunds

Refunds will be made via the method of payment. Credit/debit card transactions can take up to 72 hours depending on your bank.

Shipping 

Once order is received, we usually ship within 2-3 business days. Most orders are shipped USPS priority mail. Note, we have seen delays with USPS lately due to COVID so please be patient if the order arrives later than normal.
