Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Super Pop vanilla protein powder
- 1 small frozen banana sliced
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- vanilla stevia or honey to taste
- fresh ground nutmeg to taste
- ice optional
