It's always fun to incorporate veggies into a bread recipe and this one doesn't disappoint. Inspired by Shutthekaleup's recipe, it is clean & delicious and also GLUTEN, SOY, DAIRY AND GRAIN FREE! The whole family will love devouring this one! Enjoy!
1 med roasted sweet potato
1 small spotty banana
3 organic eggs
1/3 C almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbs maple syrup
1/2C coconut flour
2 Tbs flax meal
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
topping options: chocolate chips
preheat your oven at 350. Throw the following in the food processor: the sweet potato, banana. eggs, almond butter, vanilla, maple syrup and mix. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and blend. Coat loaf pan with some coconut oil and bake for 45 min or so.
