This superfood yogurt bowl is perfect for breakfast or lunch! Packed with veggies and protein, it is nutrient dense and filling. 

  • Roasted sweet potatoes 
  • Super Pop almond blueberry bar 
  • Vanilla greek yogurt (or any dairy free vanilla/plain yogurt)

Roast the sweet potatoes ahead of time and store in fridge. Note, we roasted ours in avocado oil for 30 min at 350 degrees. Dice up the Super Pop almond blueberry bar into bites and put aside. Fill up a bowl with your favorite plain or vanilla yogurt and add in the roasted sweet potatoes and bar bites. Enjoy!
