Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake

 

A protein shake that tastes like dessert! It is reach, creamy & delicious!! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 medium banana sliced 
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt (or dairy free yogurt)
  • ¼ teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tablespoons Super Pop Vanilla Protein blend 
  • ¼ cup almond milk

Instructions

  • Place the pumpkin puree, banana, yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, protein powder and almond milk in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and serve, topped with dairy free whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice if desired.
