Eat for breakfast or a snack, these are super easy to make and delicious!

GLUTEN, SOY, DAIRY AND GRAIN FREE! 

 
2 bananas
1 egg
1 cup oats
3 heaping TBS peanut butter 
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla 
Optional: Add 1/4 cup coconut sugar for extra sweetness
Optional: Add chocolate chips 
 
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Throw all in a blender and mix well. Place on cookie sheet and cook from 8-10 min or until brown.
