INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup roasted mashed sweet potato
- 1 ripe mashed banana
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1 Super Pop Churro bar crumbled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 TBS melted coconut or oil oil
- Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Combine all in a bowl and blend well. Blend in the chocolate chips last.
Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
