We make this paleo and keto bread weekly! It makes a great sandwich bread or add jam or grass fed butter for an easy/quick breakfast. It is GLUTEN, SOY, DAIRY AND GRAIN FREE!
2 cups almond flour
6 TBS arrowroot powder
4 TBS flaxmeal
2 TBS tapioca starch
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
4 TBS coconut oil melted
4 large eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Add cinnamon optional
Throw all in a food processor and then pour in bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min.
