CHICKEPEA BLONDIES
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 3 tbsp oil (avocado or coconut oil)
- 1 Almond Chocolate Super Pop bar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and rinse beans very well. Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) until very smooth in a good food processor. Mix in chips, and scoop into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. They'll look a little undercooked when you take them out, but they firm up as they cool.
