Butternut Squash Soup (Dairy Free, Gluten Free)
We love soup and when it is cold outside this soup really hits the spot! Full of protein, veggies and healthy fats its the perfect meal! GLUTEN, SOY & DAIRY FREE!
Butternut Squash Soup Recipe
- 3 cups organic cubed butternut squash
- 1/2 cup chicken bone broth
- 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
- avocado oil spray
Preheat oven to 350. Coat butternut squash with avocado oil and roast until tender. On the stove, heat the bone broth and coconut milk for 5 minutes. Add in the butternut squash and heat. Throw all in blender and blend well. Enjoy!!
