Butternut Squash Soup Recipe
3 cups organic cubed butternut squash
1/2 cup chicken bone broth (or use veggie broth to make vegan)
1/2 cup lite coconut milk
avocado oil spray
Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Coat butternut squash with avocado oil and roast until tender. On the stove, heat the bone broth and coconut milk for 5 minutes. Add in the butternut squash and heat. Throw all in blender and blend well. Enjoy!!
