Almond Butter Banana Blueberry Donuts with Video! (Gluten, Soy & Dairy Free)

We recently took over Bubble Goods Instagram page and made some delicious almond butter banana blueberry donuts. These are the ultimate healthy donuts! Check out video here

These are super easy to make and are gluten, soy and dairy free. They are also packed with protein and deliciousness. Enjoy!! 

 

ALMOND BUTTER BANANA BLUEBERRY DONUTS 

  • 2 spotty bananas

  • 3 organic eggs

  • 1/4 cup organic almond butter 

  • 1 Super Pop almond blueberry bar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 Tbs maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 2 Tbs flax meal (or tapioca flour)

  • 1tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp  Cinnamon 

  • 1/4 frozen or fresh blueberries 

Preheat your oven at 350. Throw the following in the food processor: bananas. eggs, almond butter, Super Pop bar, vanilla, maple syrup and mix. Then add in the rest of the ingredients and blend. Coat pan with coconut oil and bake for 15 min or brown.
